How does the timer work?
Tap the main button to start or log. The timer shows time since your last stick. If you tap too soon, the app suggests how long to wait based on your daily "chances."
Is my data private?
Yes. All data stays on your device. No sign-up, no server uploads, no accounts.
Does it work with vaping or heated tobacco?
Yes. Craving Timer works with cigarettes, vape, and heated tobacco (sticks, IQOS, glo, etc.).
